Only what you type into the Join Us form: your name, how you want to be contacted, the role you chose, and the answers you gave. We do not collect vehicle telemetry, precise location history or journey data through this form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your interest and route it to the right person in the MOVIA team. We only contact you if you ticked the consent box.
Who can see it
Only the MOVIA founding team. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
[TO CONFIRM] We keep your submission for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. If future testing ever needs vehicle, location or journey data, we will explain it separately and ask for your consent first.
